Loyalty Tier - Terms of Service

By using Loyalty Tier, you agree to these Terms of Service. Loyalty Tier is a Shop Mini application that tracks shopping tiers based on order history and displays tier achievements.

Tier Structure

The app uses five tiers based on order count:

• Bronze — 1-4 orders
• Silver — 5-12 orders
• Gold — 13-24 orders
• Platinum — 25-49 orders
• Diamond — 50+ orders

Important Limitation

Tier status does NOT entitle you to discounts or rewards. It represents entertainment-only tracking rather than an official loyalty program.

Data Handling

Users retain ownership of their data, which is stored locally and on Supabase servers. We reserve the right to delete inactive data after one year of non-access.

User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer the app
• Manipulate tier status with bots
• Access other users' data

Liability

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties, and we disclaim liability for damages, accuracy issues, or service interruptions.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes proceed through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, with a class-action waiver.
